Eligibility
Because our products are sensitive research compounds, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns of opened or used product.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@heramino.co with your order number and photos. We will replace the affected item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows your package is lost, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier and replace the order if appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they have shipped. Once shipped, the order is final.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
